2018 has the following counting tournaments:

Zottegem (September)
XOT-toernooi Lochristi (November)
Ursel (January)
Groot-Bijgaarden (February)
Zottegem (March)
Ghent Easter tournament (April)
Antwerp / Belgian Championship (June)

This year the Belgian Othello Association is organising seven Grand Prix tournaments. Based on these tournaments the Association appoint the winner of the Foreigners Grand Prix.

According to the final result of every tournament foreigners receive points (12 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1). Only the best 3 tournaments count. On top of that players receive 2 points for every friendly tournament players. If two players share the same number of points, the worst score will be dropped. The highest World Othello Rating could be the tiebreaker.
  • The XOT and Zottegem tournaments are special because every player receives 2 points. This has been introduced as these tournaments are friendly events. These results cannot be erased.
